Three aspects are important in our service delivery process.

1) Design Solution

Test and align current hardware, software, tags/labels (if applicable), for an optimal solution.
Base your Solution Design Specification (SDS) on development and delivery recommendations, detailing the budgeting costs and process that will be used to implement your solution.

2) Implement Solution

Once agreed, we will align the AIMS system to your SDS. We will install, configure and calibrate to ensure the solution works to your expectations.
Confirm your approval of the installation, configuration, and support, validating that we have met your data-driven expectations for the quality and performance of the aligned solution.

3) Customer Collaboration

Client feedback is incredibly important to us as we develop bespoke solutions, so our project team will regularly communicate progress, and absorb your input.
Review meetings will identify project deliverables and ensure we build what your business needs.
